Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted together at his son’s basketball game in Los Angeles on Sunday. The couple, known for their on-and-off relationship, greeted each other with a somewhat awkward air kiss as they arrived separately at the local YMCA.
The pair, both in their 50s, chose not to kiss on the lips but instead exchanged a friendly air kiss before heading into the event together. They seemed a bit somber during the outing, especially while grabbing some fast food at the Jack in the Box drive-thru, amidst ongoing rumors about their marriage facing difficulties.
The outing coincided with Lopez’s decision to cancel her US tour to spend more time with her children and family. This decision followed disappointing reviews for her album and Netflix movie “Atlas.”
Also present at the event were Affleck’s mom and his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, who were seen leaving together afterward.
Lopez looked stylish in a black top and blue jeans, while Affleck opted for a casual look with a red t-shirt and jeans. Despite their public appearances together, reports suggest they are currently living separately, with Affleck staying in a rental in Brentwood while Lopez remains in their Los Angeles mansion.
Despite these challenges, sources indicate that both Lopez and Affleck prioritize their children and family, although they may have different priorities and tensions behind the scenes regarding their careers.
