MGM+ has officially renewed its hit sci-fi horror series From for a fourth season. The announcement was made on November 21, and the new season is set to premiere in 2026.
The fourth season will consist of 10 episodes, with production scheduled to begin in Nova Scotia in 2025. From has become the most-viewed series in MGM+ history, captivating millions of viewers since its debut.
The show stars Harold Perrineau and takes place in a mysterious town that traps its residents, preventing them from escaping. The series was created by John Griffin, who also serves as an executive producer alongside showrunner Jeff Pinkner and director Jack Bender.
Michael Wright, head of MGM+, expressed excitement about the renewal, stating, “From has captivated audiences for MGM+, allowing us to elevate our brand. Our talented creators and cast have crafted this exceptional show, and we look forward to providing the answers that fans are eagerly seeking in Season 4.”
Showrunner Jeff Pinkner added, “We are thrilled by the support of our fans and partners at MGM+. By the end of Season 3, our characters will begin to understand why they are trapped in FROM Town. But will this understanding help them escape? And if so, how?”
Creator John Griffin noted that with the conclusion of Season 3, they have reached “the end of the beginning,” and Season 4 will mark the start of a new journey for the characters. He expressed gratitude to MGM+ for allowing them to continue telling this story.
The ensemble cast also includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey, and Ricky He, among others. Fans can currently stream Season 3 on MGM+, with the final episode airing on November 24.
With the upcoming fourth season, viewers can expect more thrilling developments as the mysteries of FROM Town continue to unfold.
