Since its premiere on August 31, the manga live-action adaptation series has garnered a staggering 18.5 million views in its inaugural week.
“One Piece” achieved international acclaim, making its way to the Top 10 in 93 different countries and clinching the No. 1 spot on the list in 46 countries. In close pursuit of “One Piece” on the rankings was the limited series “Who Is Erin Carter?,” which garnered 15.8 million views during its second week on Netflix.
Debuting at the No. 3 spot on the TV list was the limited series “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones,” amassing 5.7 million views. Following closely, “Painkiller” secured the fourth position with 3.4 million views, and “The Ultimatum: Marry Or Move On” Season 2 occupied the fifth spot with 3.1 million views.
Turning to the film category, the Adam Sandler-led “You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah” soared to the No. 1 position on the English Films List, accumulating 21.9 million views within the second week of its release. The animated film “The Monkey King” and the Gal Gadot-led thriller “Heart of Stone” maintained their dominance by securing the second and third spots on the English films list, attracting 6.6 million and 6.5 million views, respectively.
In the realm of interactive romantic comedies, “Choose Love” claimed the next spot with 6.5 million views, followed by “The Boss Baby” at No. 5 and “Big George Foreman: The Miraculous Story of the Once and Future Heavyweight Champion of the World” at sixth place.
Shifting focus to non-English TV offerings, the fantasy series “Ragnarok” Season 3 led the list with an impressive 6.3 million views, further bolstering the success of the Norwegian series’ previous seasons. Season 2 secured fourth place with 2.7 million views, while the fifth season clinched the No. 5 spot on the list with 2.6 million views.
In a brief departure from “Ragnarok,” K-drama “Mask Girl” and the romantic comedy “Destined with You” captured the No. 2 and No. 3 positions on the non-English TV list, respectively, with 3.5 million and 2.9 million views.
Elsewhere on the non-English films list, the Mexican film “The Great Seduction” made its debut at the top spot, amassing 5.4 million views. The Spanish horror movie “Killer Book Club” returned to the list at No. 2 with 5.3 million views. A new entrant, the Swedish thriller “A Day and a Half,” secured the third place with 4.4 million views, followed by “Squared Love Everlasting” at fourth place with 2.4 million views, and “Happy Ending” rounding out the list at No. 5 with 2.3 million views.
