Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are putting their Beverly Hills mansion on the market, according to a source who spoke to PEOPLE. The couple has decided to sell the home they’ve shared since June 2023. This news follows Lopez being seen alone in Los Angeles two days prior.
TMZ was the first to report the listing of their mansion. Reps for Lopez and Affleck have not made any public comments regarding the sale.
In recent developments, Lopez, 54, canceled her “This Is Me… Live” tour on May 31, stating on her OntheJLo website that she is taking time off to spend with her children, family, and close friends.
Just a day before this announcement, Lopez and Affleck attended his daughter Violet’s graduation ceremony together, presenting a united front as they held hands during the event.
Reports of marital strain have surfaced, with Lopez being spotted alone at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles on June 8. She was seen wearing a cream knit dress and both her wedding and engagement rings.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Lopez and Affleck purchased the $61 million mansion in the spring of 2023. The 38,000 square-foot property sits on five acres and includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, a pool, a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym, and a boxing ring.
While Lopez is currently living in the Beverly Hills mansion, Affleck is staying in a rental home a few miles away as he films his movie, “The Accountant 2.”
