Sharon Osbourne recently discussed her phone usage during an episode of The Osbournes Podcast. She handed her phone to her son, Jack Osbourne, to check her screen time data, revealing what she described as “terrible” habits.
According to the data, Sharon spends an average of six hours and 42 minutes daily on her phone. On a particularly high-usage day, she logged in nine hours, prompting Jack’s concern as he noted her “coming in a little hot.”
Most of her screen time, about seven hours and six minutes, is dedicated to social media. She also spends considerable time on TikTok, clocking in at four hours and 49 minutes during the nine-hour screen time session. Additionally, she devotes two hours and 17 minutes to text messaging apps.
Jack, reflecting on his own parenting experience with four daughters, expressed concern over the lengthy TikTok usage, stating he would have a serious conversation about it with his girls.
Despite the high screen time, Sharon defended her usage, stating it wasn’t “bad.” She mentioned her interest in various TikTok creators, particularly praising Paul Lee Hiley for his character Becki-jo, whom she finds hysterical and follows closely on the platform. Sharon expressed her admiration for the creativity and humor of content creators like Hiley.
