EBITDA: Achieved a record ₹ 82,917 crore, a 45% increase.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Rose to ₹ 40,129 crore, reflecting a 71% growth.
Debt Management: Reduced the net debt to EBITDA ratio from 3.3x to 2.2x.
Liquidity: Maintained a cash balance of ₹ 59,791 crore, ensuring resources for future expansions and investments.
Operational Highlights
The Adani Group demonstrated operational excellence across its diverse portfolio:
Adani Ports & SEZ: Handled a record 420 MMT of cargo, strengthening its position as India’s leading ports and logistics provider.
Adani Green Energy: Expanded renewable energy capacity, targeting 50 GW by FY 2029-30, led by the world’s largest renewable energy installation at Khavda.
Adani Power: Increased operating capacity to 15,250 MW, including an ultra-supercritical thermal power plant at Godda, the first to export all its power to a neighboring country.
