Philadelphia police are seeking a suspect in the murder of Carlton Brown, who was fatally shot in the head on Kerper Street in Oxford Circle on June 30.

The suspect, captured on surveillance footage, was seen wearing a hoodie featuring Marilyn Monroe in an Eagles jersey with the number 11. The man fled the scene on a bicycle, according to police reports.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the police.
