Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially listed their 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million. This comes amid ongoing rumors of their potential divorce. The Hollywood power couple purchased the estate just over a year ago for $60.85 million, marking a 10 percent increase in its asking price.
The five-acre property has undergone significant renovations over the past few months. Listed by Santiago Arana of The Agency, the mansion features state-of-the-art privacy and security measures. The estate includes a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s residence, a two-bedroom guardhouse, and garage space for 12 cars. The expansive motor court and driveway can accommodate up to 80 additional vehicles.
Inside, the main house boasts a skylight-topped entrance gallery, formal living and dining rooms, a sleek kitchen with two islands, a fireside breakfast room, and a family room with a wet bar. A disappearing glass wall in the family room opens to a large loggia.
The property has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The primary suite includes fireplaces in both the bedroom and sitting room, as well as in one of the two bathrooms. A private loggia offers mountain views, and a glam room features a hair-washing station, makeup stations, and plush furniture for stylists and assistants.
A two-story detached building houses an indoor sports complex with a gym, basketball and pickleball court, ping-pong table, boxing room, sports lounge with arcade games, and a bar area. The property also includes a recording studio.
The manicured grounds feature two gated driveways lined with hedges, covered patios with a summer kitchen, and a massive zero-edge pool that overlooks the canyon below.
The past year has been challenging for Lopez and Affleck. Married two years ago, Lopez’s self-financed album and film chronicling their relationship were commercial failures, and she had to cancel a world tour due to poor ticket sales. The couple is reportedly living separately, with Affleck renting a $100,000 per month home in Brentwood near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children. Lopez has been traveling between L.A., Italy, Paris, and the Hamptons.
Affleck sold his Pacific Palisades home almost two years ago but still owns a riverfront estate in Georgia, where he and Lopez held a wedding celebration in 2022. He is likely seeking a new home in L.A. Lopez sold her Bel Air estate last year for nearly $34 million and is in the process of selling her New York penthouse for just under $25 million. She still owns a $10 million estate in the Hamptons and has been seen house hunting in Los Angeles in recent months.
