The highly anticipated K-drama Ask the Stars, starring Lee Min Ho and Gong Hyo Jin, is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2025 as a Saturday-Sunday drama on tvN.
According to a report from South Korean media outlet Star News on August 26, 2024, the show will feature a romantic storyline set in space. Although the exact air date is still under discussion, fans are excited about the upcoming release.
Ask the Stars follows the story of an astronaut and a space tourist who meet at a space station, sparking a romantic connection. The series is directed by Park Shin Woo, known for his work on It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and is written by Seo Sook Hyang, who previously worked on Don’t Dare to Dream.
In the drama, Lee Min Ho plays Gong Ryong, a gynecologist who pays a hefty sum to travel to space as a tourist. Gong Hyo Jin portrays Captain Eve Kim, a perfectionist astronaut who cannot tolerate mistakes.
