Jennifer Aniston continues to impress with her fit figure at the age of 55. The actress recently shared stunning photos as part of a new campaign for the fitness brand Pvolve.
On Tuesday, Pvolve posted a picture of Aniston on Instagram. In the photo, she wore a plunging black bodysuit while demonstrating the brand’s strength training equipment.
Later, Aniston gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her work with Pvolve through an Instagram video. In it, she showcased her intense workout routine that has helped her achieve impressive results. She captioned the video, “A little BTS of the making of our new @pvolve campaign. Come work out with us!!”
Pvolve focuses on a workout method tailored specifically for women, addressing hormonal changes that can impact their overall health and exercise routines. Julie Cartwright, president of Pvolve, stated, “Historically, many workouts have been built around men’s physiology, with women expected to adapt. We decided to take a different approach, though the workout is equally effective for men.”
Aniston is a dedicated follower of this workout regimen, exercising five days a week. She told InStyle that her perspective on fitness has changed since starting Pvolve. “When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting,” she explained. “I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body.”
She emphasized that repetitive workouts can lead to fatigue and discomfort. However, with Pvolve, she no longer experiences “insane fatigue or broken or in pain” after exercising.
In an interview with People last year, Aniston described Pvolve’s routine as easier than it appears. “You just start in little tiny chunks, tiny steps. And then next thing you know, you’ve done four 20-minute classes because you just want to keep going,” she said. “I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good. Especially as we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies.”
Aniston also maintains her toned figure through clean eating. In a conversation with Women’s Health this year, she revealed her morning routine, which starts with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water, followed by coffee. “I’ll usually have lunch around one or two, and it’s usually some form of vegetables and a protein,” she noted. For a snack, she prefers an apple with almond butter or popcorn.
For dinner, she focuses on vegetables and protein again, treating herself to something “extra special” on weekends. Hydration is also essential for the star; she quips that she drinks “so much water that it’s comical.”
