Olivia Rodrigo has announced her first-ever headline stadium shows in Brazil and Mexico as part of her “Guts” tour. The Grammy-winning artist revealed the news on Tuesday, stating that St. Vincent will open for her at both events.
The concerts are scheduled for March 26, 2025, at Estádio Couto Pereira in Curitiba, Brazil, and April 2, 2025, at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City. These performances will take place alongside Rodrigo’s appearances at several major festivals across Latin America, including Lollapalooza Chile and Argentina, Festival Estereo Picnic, Lollapalooza Brasil, and Tecate Pa’l Norte.
Rodrigo’s “Guts” world tour has already been a massive success, featuring 95 sold-out shows in over 60 cities and grossing $184.6 million. This success led to the release of her concert film, “Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour,” on Netflix earlier this year. In a recent interview with Variety, Rodrigo expressed her thoughts on the film, saying, “It was cool to see it from a different perspective,” after having lived the experience for a year.
Despite feeling exhausted after the tour, Rodrigo is eager to take a short break to recharge and find new inspiration. She emphasized the importance of enjoying the creative process without pressure.
Tickets for the newly announced dates will go on sale soon. Fans can purchase tickets for the Curitiba show starting November 14 and for the Mexico City show beginning November 19 at 2 p.m. local time.
