Lana Del Rey has revealed details of her upcoming 10th studio album, titled The Right Person Will Stay, set to be released on May 21, 2025.
In a heartfelt post shared on social media, the singer expressed gratitude for the collaboration on the album, thanking her team of producers and songwriters. “So grateful that my 13 tracks came together with my beautiful work between Luke, Jack, Zach, and Drew Erickson, amongst others,” she wrote. “Happy for you to hear a few songs coming up before Stagecoach, starting with ‘Henry.’ Love Always.”
The Instagram post also highlighted her key collaborators: Jack Antonoff, Luke Laird, Drew Erickson, and Caroline “Chuck” Grant, her younger sister. Antonoff and Erickson had previously worked on Del Rey’s 2023 album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, while Laird, a country music songwriter and producer, is known for his work with artists like Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, and Thomas Rhett.
In January, Del Rey had teased the song “Henry, Come On” by sharing a snippet on Instagram and tagging Laird in the post. Fans were already speculating that the new album might lean towards a country sound, especially after Del Rey hinted at the project in January. She had mentioned Lasso, a country album she was planning to release, during an appearance at Billboard’s pre-Grammy event in Los Angeles.
“We’re going country. It’s happening,” she told the crowd at the time. Del Rey also revealed that Antonoff had joined her in Muscle Shoals, Nashville, and Mississippi over the last few years to work on the album, which she had initially planned to release in September.
In addition to the album announcement, Del Rey revealed her plans for a 2025 tour in the United Kingdom and Ireland, which will begin on June 23 in Cardiff, Wales. She is also scheduled to perform at the Stagecoach Festival in California this April.
