Marbella’s renowned Starlite Occident boutique music festival is quickly shaping up to offer an exciting mix of global music legends, spanning various genres and eras. The festival, known for its intimate setting and top-tier performances, will showcase a diverse range of artists throughout the summer of 2025.
Among the big names set to perform, Kool & the Gang will bring their iconic 70s disco hits to the stage on July 27. The New Jersey-based 12-piece band, famous for classics like Get Down on It, Ladies’ Night, and Celebration, promises a night of unforgettable dancefloor anthems.
On July 3, Marc Anthony, the Grammy-winning New York native and Hollywood actor, will light up the stage. Known for his smash hits Rain Over Me and Vivir Mi Vida, Anthony will perform with his full big band, delivering a high-energy salsa performance that is sure to captivate the audience.
The festival will also feature two legendary 80s rock bands. Europe, known for their global hit The Final Countdown, will perform on July 8, while the iconic Scorpions will take the stage on July 21. The Scorpions’ anthem Wind of Change, which became synonymous with the end of the Cold War, will undoubtedly be a highlight of their set.
On July 10, the festival will host Seal, the British singer-songwriter behind hits like Crazy, Fly Like an Eagle, and Kiss from a Rose. Seal’s performance is expected to be one of the most memorable moments of the festival.
Finally, on July 26, the festival will welcome Will Smith for a unique evening filled with stories, laughter, and a performance of his well-loved tracks, including Summertime. The multi-talented artist will bring his trademark charisma to the stage for a night of entertainment.
As the lineup continues to grow, Starlite Occident is proving to be a must-attend event for music lovers in 2025.
