At the 2025 Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, Jelly Roll delivered a memorable headlining performance on April 26. The country-rap artist transformed his set into a collaborative showcase, bringing out nine surprise guests throughout the evening. The lineup included Machine Gun Kelly, Shaboozey, BigXthaPlug, Jessie Murph, his wife Bunnie Xo, Alex Warren, Wiz Khalifa, Brandon Lake, and Lana Del Rey. The crowd was particularly energized when Lana Del Rey joined Jelly Roll to perform “Save Me,” stepping in for Lainey Wilson’s part. This surprise appearance marked a significant crossover between country and pop genres at the festival.
Earlier in the festival, Lana Del Rey made her own surprise appearance, debuting several new songs from her upcoming country-influenced album, The Right Person Will Stay. She performed “Henry, Come On,” “Husband of Mine,” “Quiet in the South,” and “57.5,” the latter of which includes a lyric referencing country star Morgan Wallen. Del Rey also showcased her versatility by covering classics like Tammy Wynette’s “Stand by Your Man” and John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads.” Her set was a significant moment in her artistic evolution, blending her signature style with country elements.
