The eagerly awaited line-up for the upcoming Music at the Multiverse festival, set to take place next month, has been unveiled, promising an exhilarating showcase of musical talent.
Headlining the two-day event near Sanquhar will be notable acts such as Scouting For Girls, renowned Scottish rock group Big Country, Celtic trad-rock sensation Skerryvore, and Glasgow-based indie rock outfit Shambolics.
Local talent will also shine at the festival, with Kelloholm DJ Malcolm X returning to entertain the crowds. The event will feature a diverse range of performances, including those by The Dangleberries, Mary Barclay Band, Big Time Louie, and Pedro and the Pirates on September 2 and 3.
Back by popular demand is the Big Top Dance Tent, hosting electrifying performances by Ultrabeat and N-Trance, with support from Team GBX, including Michael Smith, Cassi and Macca, Stevie Lennon, Joe Deacon, and MC Rowlands.
Adding to the festival’s allure, up-and-coming Glasgow-based five-piece ensemble Rodeo Club is also set to grace the stage.
Sharon Glendinning, General Manager at the Crawick Multiverse, expressed her excitement about the event, stating, “We are delighted to build on the success of last year and to have such an amazing line-up of popular well-known acts and home-grown talent at our third Music at the Multiverse festival.”
In addition to the captivating live entertainment, festival-goers will have the opportunity to explore the captivating Crawick Multiverse, known for its giant spiral mounds representing colliding galaxies, a striking avenue of standing stones, and other mesmerizing features that make it a unique festival venue.
For those aiming to make the most of the festival weekend, a limited number of motorhome pitches will be available. The festival will also offer a fully licensed bar and a selection of locally-produced culinary delights from vendors such as The Tin Van Pizza, Knockenhair Hospitality, and Sweet Sadie’s Ice Cream and Desserts.
